SHIPPING POLICY
Doorstep delivery is complimentary with a minimum spending of S$80.

For purchases below S$80, there will be a nominal fee of S$6 for doorstep delivery per each location.

For next day delivery, your order & payment has to be made by 6pm on the day before the delivery date. It would be an additional $16 per each location (on top of the nominal delivery fee of $6). Please add it to your notes when checking out if you wish to have this option.

For expedited delivery (within 2-3 days, inclusive of weekends), it would be an additional $9 per each location (on top of the nominal delivery fee of $6). Please add it to your notes when checking out if you wish to have this option.
All orders will be packed and dispatched within 5 - 7 working days after payment, & your order would typically take 2 - 3 working days to reach the delivery address specified in your order. Delivery times may vary during peak periods/ right before public holidays (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Hari Raya etc.), so do expect delays of an additional 5 - 7 working days then. Alternatively, you may choose to order earlier to avoid the delay in your order(s).
*Working days does not include Saturdays, Sundays, & public holidays.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Each & every one of our products are carefully inspected before they are dispatched for delivery. Due to the nature of our products, please note that returns or exchanges will not be acceptable for products that have been used and/or damaged beyond use. We are also not able to accept returns for gift cards, sale items or products that were not purchased directly from thewickerclub.com.

However, we apologise if your product is sent wrongly/ faulty or damaged in transit or customised wrongly. We will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge, inclusive of any postal charges incurred. Please reach out to us at +65 8892 8089 or thewickerclub@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, indicating your order number, the reason for your request & photography/ videography proof of your wrong/ faulty or damaged item.
